Account & data deletion — Kura Kura Bali

If you created an account in the Kura Kura Bali app, you can delete your account and associated personal data using the steps below.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Kura Kura Bali app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (profile / gear).
3. Choose Delete User Data.
4. Read the information shown, then tap Delete my Account and confirm.

This removes your Firebase Authentication account and clears or anonymises personal data linked to your user profile in our systems, subject to any data we must keep for legal or security reasons (see our Privacy Policy).

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address tied to your account:

support@kurakurabali.com

Include your registered email and a clear request to delete your Kura Kura Bali account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

What is deleted

• Account credentials (sign-in)
• Profile information you provided (e.g. name, email, preferences)
• App progress and personalisation tied to your account, where applicable

Some aggregated or anonymised data may be retained for analytics or legal compliance. Voucher or partner records required for audit may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
