KURA KURA BALI — Terms of Use

By installing or using the Kura Kura Bali App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The Kura Kura Bali App provides:

• A digital directory of restaurants, shops, galleries, services, and attractions
• Navigation and map-based discovery
• Artifact-based exploration and gamified activities
• AR and QR-triggered interactions
• Reward and voucher systems
• In-app reservations for selected experiences
• Character progression and badges
• Transportation information (shuttles, bike paths, parking)
• Aggregated user behavior analytics
• Vendor voucher redemption tools (KK staff validator)

The App evolves over time and features may change.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must agree to these Terms
• You must use the App lawfully and respectfully

Children under 13 may only use the App under parental supervision.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Guest Mode

• No login required
• Limited feature access
• Data stored under an anonymous identifier

3.2 Member Mode

Login via:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In

Enables:

• Saving vouchers
• Artifact progression
• Bookings
• Cross-device sync

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Manipulate GPS, location, or AR systems
• Fake location using software or VPNs
• Tamper with vouchers, QR codes, or rewards
• Upload harmful or abusive content
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the App
• Harass other users or staff
• Violate Kura Kura Bali estate rules

Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

5. Location & AR Safety

• Stay aware of your surroundings
• Do not use the App while driving
• Do not enter restricted or unsafe areas
• AR visuals may not reflect real distances

Kura Kura Bali is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe use.

6. Artifact Collection & Gameplay

• Proximity-based artifact pickup
• Recharge timers
• 3D artifact viewer
• Collection overlays and voiceovers
• Character progression and badges

Artifacts have no monetary value. Gameplay rules may change.

7. Rewards & Vouchers

7.1 Voucher Types

• Discounts
• Free entry or tickets
• Merchandise redemption
• Promotional benefits

7.2 Voucher Conditions

• Each voucher has limits, expiry, and conditions
• Users may select one voucher per reward event
• Vendors validate vouchers via KK tools
• Kura Kura Bali manages vendor settlement
• Vouchers may be modified or removed

Vouchers have no cash or real-world monetary value.

8. Directory, Reservations & Information

All listings and schedules are informational and may change without notice.

9. Staff Validator Tool

Authorized KK staff may validate vouchers and manage operations. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All App content is owned by Kura Kura Bali or licensed partners. No reuse without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services for authentication, storage, maps, analytics, and AR. Third-party terms may apply.

12. Service Availability

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kura Kura Bali and its developers are not liable for damages, injuries, data loss, inaccuracies, vendor actions, or misuse of the App.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

14. Termination

Access may be terminated for violations, fraud, misuse, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time.

15. Updates to These Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
